VINYLS, SCREEN PRINTING, EMBROIDERY

We use two kinds of vinyl.  We use Oracal Intermediate which is for  glass/smooth surface and is outdoor/indoor vinyl.  It can be removed by peeling. The vinyl withstands weather, heat, rain, etc.  A variety of colors are available!  Works great on vinyl tire covers, motorcycles, bikes, helmets, windows, mirrors, walls and as stencils.   Personalize your cell phones, laptops, tablets!

ORACAL 651 Intermediate Calendared Film

Thanks to its proprietary formulation and construction, ORACAL Series 651 has become the industry standard for high-performance calendared films. Only 2.5 mils thick, ORACAL 651 offers six-year outdoor durability, flexibility, thermal print compatibility, and a choice of 60 high-gloss colors and transparent. This high-quality film is a good choice for moderately complex jobs that don't require the extra conformability provided by our cast films.

The other vinyl is for clothing - pretty much can be heat pressed on everything but nylon and leather. Nylon and leather requires a different vinyl with a lower heat press.  Screen printing is useful for large quantities, give aways , best done on quality clothing as well as light colors.  It eventually fades and starts to break up.  Can be more economical for quantities.

Thermoflex is what we use and is heat pressed into the fabric.  It holds up well, doesn't peel or fade like screen print and DTG does when washed many times.  Thermoflex is great for one of a kind personal gift, small group party shirts, work shirts, ball caps, etc.  There is also a semi-stretchy vinyl for ribbed shirts.  Thermoflex comes in a variety of colors.  When heat pressed at a high temperature it "melts" into the fabric.  A few colors can be layered.  What can't be done with heat press vinyl is graduated coloring, shading or shadowing.

Embroidery is upscale for business polo's, hats and a variety of other things.  We can have this done.
